1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

lala88 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if we have reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms has occurred. 5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the three months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by lala88

lala88 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your Account access at any time if we suspect:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable policy
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious betting patterns
• Identity verification concerns requiring additional documentation
• Technical security issues affecting your Account
• Legal or regulatory investigation requirements

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will notify you of the suspension and, where appropriate, provide an opportunity to remedy the issue.

9.2 Termination by lala88

We may terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you:
